Commercial Lender will INSPIRE customers while providing "Welcome Home" experience as they develop professional relationship with customers while providing expert knowledge of the bank's commercial loan products and services. Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance with 5-10 years experience in a lending is preferred. Exceptional customer relationship skills is a must. Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and Outlook are required.

Traveling Customer Service Associate "Relief Teller" - Financial Centers in Fayette, Shelby and Tipton Counties

Position Description: Serves in key sales role to match the Bank's products/services with customer's needs. Recognizes customer's needs for additional products/services and makes timely and appropriate referrals. Entrusted with handling cash, providing "Welcome Home" experience to customers, and properly processing transactions. Exercise some independent judgment under moderate supervision. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate with customers one on one in a friendly/courteous manner. Must handle challenging situations in a professional manner and make it obvious to the customer that assisting him/her is of the most important priority.

Qualifications: Excellent customer/employee relationship skills, team worker, problem solving skills and basic computer skills. A minimum of two years customer service experience is preferred.

Working Conditions: Available to work as needed, up to 40 hours per week, Monday thru Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Financial Center President - Ripley Financial Center - Ripley, TN

Position Description: The Financial Center President position is primarily responsible for overseeing all branch activities within assigned geographic area, including the day-to-day focus on sales. Also responsible for maintaining an individual portfolio through the solicitation of loans, deposit accounts and other banking services. Work is varied in nature with changing priorities. Incumbent applies advanced knowledge of banking to work performed. Ensures that the Bank's mission statement is enacted and followed by all employees. Ensure that the financial center environment is customer centric and service standards are followed. Works under minimal supervision and in compliance with established policies, procedures and regulations.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting, business administration, or related field preferred. A minimum of three to five years of lending experience and management experience preferred. Must demonstrate leadership abilities, including self-motivation, resourcefulness, creativity and attention to detail. Ability to be a team player and encourage team building, understand the importance of customer service and serve as a role model and set the pace for fellow teammates. Excellent verbal communication skills are essential as well as reading, writing, and listening skills. Basic organization, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills are needed along with the ability to work well and remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong computer skills including excel spreadsheets capabilities.

Working Conditions: Available to work during the following hours: Monday thru Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Wage Level: $55,000 to $65,000 plus incentive compensation plan

Underwriter - Real Estate Lending (Workplace can be in any region)

Position Description: Underwrite secondary market loans and insure loans meet all guidelines to prevent losses to FCNB. Files are to be handled in an efficient manner and approvals are to be documented according to government regulations.  Represent the Bank in a friendly and professional manner.  Considerable tact and judgement is essential.  Work involves detailed documentation and complex operations.  Prefer good working knowledge of other Bank products/services in order to effectively cross sell services and make referrals to other areas.    

Qualifications: Requires the ability to communicate one on one in a friendly/courteous manner.  Knowledge of Bank products, team worker, problem solving skills and strong computer skills.  Good organizational skills are required.  Ability to work with minimum supervision is desired. Must have 2 to 3 years experience in underwriting secondary market loans including conventional, FHA, R.D. and VA.

Treasury Services Support Specialist - (Workplace can be in any region)

Position Description: The primary function of Treasury Services Support Team is to perform setup functions and daily support of all Treasury Services. Teammate must be fully knowledgeable of all aspects of Treasury Services (ACH, Positive Pay, CCX, Loomis Safe Point, Online Banking, Business Online Payroll and Merchant Services). Position is responsible for implementation and training of the Treasury Management Services once the service has been contracted for by the client.  Teammate is responsible for building and maintaining a positive customer relationship with First Citizens’ Treasury Services Customers.

Qualifications: Requires the ability to communicate with customers one on one in a friendly/courteous manner.  Need to have excellent customer and employee relationship skills and knowledge of Bank products and services. Teammate must be fully knowledgeable of all aspects of Treasury Services (ACH, Positive Pay, CCX, Loomis Safe Point, Online Banking, Business Online Payroll and Merchant Services). Essential skills are problem solving, technology/computer knowledge and the ability to meet critical daily and monthly deadlines.  Requires an understanding of how the Bank’s products and services work and the operational processing flow. Good organizational skills are required.  Ability to work with minimum supervision is desired. Professional business phone etiquette is a must for this position.

Wage Level I: $14.00 to $17.31 plus incentive
